ERNA KOCH is a business coach and experienced lawyer at NEXT Level Business coaching. Her background includes several years as an attorney representing and advising small and large businesses that were experiencing contract conflicts, personnel / HR issues, and considering strategic choices about business or government relationships.
Erna has worked with over 30 organizations around the country as they learned to think like entrepreneurs and implement business strategies, with the goal of replacing some or all grant income with earned revenue, from activities related to their mission. She also assisted numerous entities with a public charge to “turn around” the entity, or the elements that were not showing appropriate return on investment.
Erna has authored a book, “Winning the Business Exit Game: It’s What You Keep That Counts,” written for owners of businesses who plan to leave their business sometime in the next ten to twenty years.
